The foundational therapies offered are: Swedish massage for relaxation and increased immune system performance; and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy® for increased flexibility, intervention and recovery from injury, repetitive stress syndromes, or the management of chronic pain.  Your session is customized using these foundational therapies in addition to cranial-sacral, manual lymph drainage, and various myofascial release techniques to assist in your healing experience.
